Terms and Conditions 

1. By participating in this event ("Event"), participants acknowledge that they have read these Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions of TVBAnywhere (available at https://www.tvbanywhere.com/en/webtv/terms-of-service), and accept and agree to be bound by all of the following terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility: Open to participants worldwide, excluding Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, and Macau. 
3. The Event commences officially at 00:00 Hong Kong time on Monday, 17 August 2026, and concludes during the broadcast of the programme "Midlife Sing & Shine! 4 Finale" on Sunday, 23 August 2026.
4. Voting Rules and Method: Participants may vote on this voting webpage during the Event period. After accessing the voting page, participants must select one contestant from the Top 7 (each participant/email address may cast one vote per day, with an additional vote allowed on the night of the Finale) to participate in the "Audience's Favourite Voice Award" round. Upon completion of the first round of the programme and the announcement of the Top 3 contestants, participants may re-enter this voting page and cast one vote for a contestant among the Top 3 (each participant/email address may cast one vote) to participate in the "Who Will Be the Champion" round. The time of voting and the choice made by each participant shall be determined by the records on TVBAnywhere. 
5. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TVBAnywhere makes the following disclaimer: (a) any liability arising from technical issues relating to computers, networks or otherwise that result in the inability to complete voting and/or in loss or corruption of data; and (b) any risks and losses incurred by participants in connection with their participation in this Event, including but not limited to damage to computers, smartphones and other devices and loss of data.
6. In the event that TVBAnywhere discovers that a participant has submitted any inappropriate content, including but not limited to statements that are defamatory, abusive, blasphemous, offensive, sexually motivated, coercive, harassing, commercial, unlawful (including in relation to political and other regulations) or that violate or infringe the rights of third parties, TVBAnywhere reserves the right to immediately delete such content and disqualify the participant from voting without providing any reason, and the relevant votes shall not be counted. 
7. TVBAnywhere will collect, use and retain personal data provided by participants in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and the TVBAnywhere Privacy Policy (https://www.tvbanywhere.com/en/webtv/privacy) (as amended from time to time). Personal data provided by participants will be used solely for purposes relating to the Event or for TVBAnywhere-related activities. TVBAnywhere will take all reasonable efforts to ensure the confidentiality of the aforementioned data. 
8. To ensure fairness, all employees and artistes of TVBAnywhere and its group companies, together with their family members, are not eligible to participate in this Event. 
9. TVBAnywhere reserves the right to modify or cancel this Event and/or to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute concerning this Event, TVBAnywhere reserves the right of final determination. 
10. TVBAnywhere shall have the final authority over the voting results, and participants shall have no right to object.
11. In the event that TVBAnywhere discovers any evidence indicating that a participant has used or instigated others to use improper or fraudulent means (including but not limited to plug-ins and fake accounts) to interfere with the operation of this Event and/or the relevant voting webpage, or has misappropriated another person’s personal data to participate in this Event, or has engaged in any conduct that endangers, undermines or affects the holding, integrity, fairness or smooth conduct of this activity, the participant shall, in addition to bearing relevant criminal liability, be subject to disqualification from voting by TVBAnywhere, which also reserves the right to pursue further claims against the participant. 
12. This Event and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
