1. From now until May 31, 2026, customers who subscribe to any designated 12-month TVB Anywhere plan via our official website and enter the promo code “TVBMOM26”(for users in other regions (except Singapore, Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macau, the United States and Canada)) or “AWMOMSG”(for Singapore users) will receive one VICACCI Dancing U Necklace (valued at USD 168). 

2. Within 7 working days after subscription, the Customer Service Department will contact users via email. Please check your inbox accordingly. 

3. TVBI will be responsible for the cost of postage and packaging; however, exceptions apply to certain regions affected by shipping constraints or force majeure. For details, please contact the Customer Service Department.

4. This promotion is not applicable to users in Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macau, the United States, and Canada. 

5. Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Once the product has been dispatched, TVBI shall not be responsible for any shipping risks, losses, or arrangements regarding returns or exchanges. 

6. In case of any discrepancy, the Chinese version of the terms and conditions shall prevail. The final interpretation of any provision contained herein is at the sole discretion of TVBI.

TVBI Campaign Terms & Conditions

1. These General Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between participants and TVBI COMPANY LIMITED (“TVBI”). By participating in this promotion, participants confirm that they have read, accepted, and agreed to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions (including, but not limited to, the handling of personal data).

2. Campaign Rules and Mechanics:
(i) The campaign period shall be based on the dates and times published on the official webpage.
(ii) Participants must be new subscribers to TVB Anywhere service (“TVBAW”) or existing users who upgrade to any designated 12-month plan, and must successfully enter the promo code “TVBMOM26” (for users in other regions (except Singapore, Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macau, the United States and Canada)) or “AWMOMSG” (for Singapore users) to participate. Employees of TVBI, its affiliates, sponsors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate, in the interest of fairness.
(iii) Each registered TVBAW account is eligible to receive the gift once only. Participants may log in to their accounts to participate during the campaign period. All participation records and selections are subject to TVBI's system records.

3. Eligibility and Prize Redemption:
(i) Customers who subscribe to any designated 12-month TVBAW plan* and successfully enter the promo code “TVBMOM26” (for users in other regions (except Singapore, Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macau, the United States and Canada)) /“AWMOMSG” (for Singapore users) will be contacted by email within 7 working days after purchase and verification. Participants must provide accurate delivery details, including recipient name, local contact number, and mailing address. All personal information provided must be true and accurate; otherwise, TVBI reserves the right to disqualify the participant and withhold the gift without objection. Provision of such information is voluntary.

*The designated 12-month TVBAW plan:
•    Singapore: 12-month VOD Zone plan – “AWMOMSG”
•    Other jurisdictions (except Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macau, the United States and Canada): 12-month Both VOD Zone & Channel Zone – “TVBMOM26”
(ii) If a participant cannot be reached, or fails to respond or contact customer service within 30 days, the gift will be deemed forfeited and no delivery will be arranged. TVBI reserves the right to dispose of or reassign the gift at its discretion.
(iii) Eligible users in other regions are entitled to complimentary shipping and delivery services. However, postal services in certain regions may be affected by shipping constraints or force majeure, and TVBI may be unable to provide delivery services to those areas. For further details, please contact the Customer Service Department.
(iv) Participants consent to and agree that TVBI may collect, use, and retain the information they provide in accordance with TVBAW's Privacy Policy (for details, please refer to the “Privacy Policy” in your TVBAW member account and on the TVBAW website at https://www.tvbanywhere.com/en/webtv/privacy). TVB will use all reasonable efforts to ensure the confidentiality and security of the aforementioned information.

4. The value and details of the gift are provided by the sponsor and are subject to the sponsor's specifications. TVBI makes no representations or warranties regarding the gift (including its description). Matters relating to gifts or delivery services are subject to the agreement and arrangements between the participant and the sponsor or service provider. Any disputes relating to the gift or delivery arrangements shall be resolved directly between the participant and the sponsor and/or delivery service provider, and shall not involve TVBI. All gifts are subject to actual items received; promotional images are for reference only.

5. TVBI is not the manufacturer or supplier of any gift. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TVBI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the use, enjoyment, or inability to use or enjoy the gift. Acceptance of any gift constitutes a release and discharge of TVBI and its affiliates from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, or damages arising out of or related to:
(i) the campaign;
(ii) any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to property arising from use of the gift;

(iii) any tax liabilities related to the campaign or gift;
(iv) any other matters related to the campaign or the gift.
TVBI and its affiliates shall not be responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen gifts, nor for any replacement or reissuance.
 

6. Any use of the gift, whether authorized by the participant or not, shall be deemed as use by the participant, who shall bear all associated responsibilities.
 

7. Participants agree to release and hold harmless TVBI and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the campaign, or from the acceptance, failure to accept, or use of any gift by any person.
 

8. TVBI shall not be liable for any failure or delay in participation, incomplete data submission, inability to contact participants, or failure to deliver gifts due to system failures, telecommunications issues, third-party disruptions, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances.
 

9. Participation in the campaign requires internet access and data usage. Participants are responsible for monitoring their data consumption and any related charges imposed by their service providers.
 

10. TVBI reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Participants are advised to review the latest version via their TVBAW account.
 

11. TVBI reserves the right of final decision on all matters relating to the campaign, including mechanics, gift distribution, and redemption arrangements. No objections shall be entertained.
 

12. If TVBI detects any suspicious or fraudulent activity,  indicating that a participant has used, or instigated others to use, improper or fraudulent methods to interfere with the campaign, thereby causing disruption, technical difficulties or malfunctions, or if a participant misuses another person's personal data to participate in the campaign, or engages in any conduct that endangers, disrupts or affects the organization, integrity, fairness or smooth running of the campaign, the participant may face criminal liability. Furthermore, TVBI reserves the right to disqualify the participant and terminate their access to their TVBAW account, whilst reserving the right to pursue legal action against the participant.

13. Participants must also comply with all applicable terms on TVBAW / www.tvbanywhere.com (including but not limited to prize redemption guidelines and disclaimers). In the event of any inconsistency, these General Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

14. This campaign and these General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
