Zodiac HK Hospital renowned surgeon Dr Tung Yat-yin (Jessica Hester Hsuan) cherishes life.

She and Zodiac Chairman Dr Wong Chun-to (Kenny Chung) have a grand wedding in Europe. However, the Wongs don’t like Yat-yin, and she marries Chun-to not simply because of love. The day after the wedding ceremony, Chun-to and his sons and grandchildren die in a plane crash, causing chaos for the Wong’s family and Zodiac Group, which is planning to develop a medical city. Chun-to’s arch enemy Or Wing-sing (Tong Chun Yip) seizes some opportunity to cause trouble. Yat-yin tries to persuade the Wongs’ daughters-in-law Man Yi-ka (Moon Lau) and Chan Lai-suet (Jinny Ng) to stabilize Zodiac’s situation. But newly appointed director Fong Yan (Alice Chan) also has some ambitious idea for Zodiac. Tai Tak-kiu (Ruco Chan), newly appointed AKL Bank President, then also brings some secret with him and joins the fight for Zodiac. Who is eventually able to take the helm of Zodiac?
