Power Plays and Hidden Truths — Yat-yin Faces the Fallout

While Yi-ka and Lai-suet are mourning the loss of loved ones, Yat-yin has overcome her sadness as she faces a looming disaster initiated by Zodiac Group. Yat-yin arbitrarily lures senior official Mok Hong-yiu into letting Zodiac Medical City sail through the bidding.

She also tries to persuade Deputy Chief Hospital Manager Ying-kit to side with her. Chun-to’s fourth daughter Wong Kai-shum receives some news and rushes to the hospital. She decides to remove the tube as Chun-to is confirmed brain dead. But Yat-yin intervenes! This matter is getting out of hand as the news is leaked. Kai-ching and Kin-pong are surprised when the lawyer reads out the will. Yat-yin is astonishingly bequeathed a small amount of Zodiac shares. Yat-yin ignores the gossip and focuses on organizing the memorial service. However, she discovers some new secret in Chun-to’s email!
