A Boardroom Battle and a Race for Control — Yat-yin Faces New Challenges

Yat-yin wants to prevent Wing-sing from joining the board of directors, and she needs enough shares to enable her to join the board, so she tries to win Yi-ka and Lai-suet over. Yat-yin’s persuasive tactics are based on her understanding of Lai-suet’s affection for Kai-chi. However, Yi-ka, who has the most shares, simply tells Yat-yin she is not interested.
